I do not want to order online?
No problem, we are happy to accept orders by phone. Call us on (250) 486-4081 and we can take you order.
Are all products really IN STOCK?
Yes. Our site is updated several times daily and we strive to make sure all our products listed are in stock. If for any reason this is not the case, we will contact you immediately to let you know.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, Bank Transfers. Cheques are also accepted.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
We use a COMODO SSL secure and authentic site certificate using 256 bit encryption. Your credit card details are encrypted and treated with care.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes. We offer a FREE gift wrapping service on any order.
A free gift card with your personal message is also included in gift orders.
Do you ship to different delivery addresses?
Yes. We can ship direct to the recipients address. If you prefer, you can also ship to your work address for easier pickup.
Are my personal details kept private?
We only use the information that you provide to process your order and to
send you a monthly e-mail newsletter if you give us authorization to do so.

What if I have a problem with my order?
Unique Gift Zone is committed to provide you a stress free service.
If you are not satisfied call or email us and we will do everything possible to rectify any problems. Please quote your order number if contacting us by e-mail to make sure we know which order you are referring to.
How do I return a product?
We will accept a wish to cancel your order seven working days starting the day after delivery. During a cancellation of an order, the goods are your responsibility while in your care. Return shipping and insurance is your responsibility.
A full refund is processed no more than 30 days of receiving cancellation notice.
